Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To provide every guest with the highest level of service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and No-Shows will be subject to a 50% service fee for scheduled services.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation.
